Good morning, although I am sure it's late afternoon if not evening where you are?

I have had a couple of members send me e-mails saying the links were incomplete they are getting from the automatically generated e-mail the forum sends out. I will include both examples here.

My fix:
Oh I was able to find the topic...here is the link...

I took this link...

...pasted your short incomplete link after the montanaadministrator/ and wall-la there we are. Still this is not right and will certainly confused our members to say the least

I am however naturally concerned wondering if people needing to activate their New User Names are receiving similar broken links?

I have registered for a new User Name and waiting to receive the forum generated e-mail with the link to activate. I'll see how that comes through. At this point I have not received any e-mail from the forum. The new User Name is Binarena.

Sorry to always seem to have a problem. I really do appreciate all that you do for us.

Some good news the New User Name e-mails are fine, the links are complete and work flawlessly.

Thank you again,

It's never happened before on our forum. This is new.

If the new version is available and you think it's a good thing for us to do, then that would be great.

What kind of changes can I expect? Any glitches that would require Users to change their settings as they had to with the latest upgrade?

Thank you again for all your help!

There should be no changes. I need to install the poll mod first.

I have a funny feeling that the incomplete link is caused by a firewall on the moderators computer....

I did move one of my own topics and the link came to me in e-mail just fine. It wasn't actually a link but an address. AOL messes with the links the forum sends out and they don't come to me as links.

At least we know it is working to one degree or another. I wonder why it isn't working for some?

Happy New Year, it's almost here!
