I am having a great deal of difficulty uploading a title image. My server does not prevent bandwidth theft. I uploaded the image to my server. I then entered the path as follows; You must be logged in to see this link. the Formco logo is gone but nothing appears except the description and the missing image icon.

Can you please help.
