I am at home as it came on my computer, but if I am on my lap top it must be the one that came with the Windows Service Pack 2 and I haven't a clue exactly where to find it. I looked a bit the other day and couldn't find it.

Is there a way to get to settings in Norton that would omit any ForumCo web sites?

Thanks very much,
Lady RV

So you are using Norton then?

Norton Internet Security causes problems because it doesn't send the referrer correctly.
If you are using it, disable it while using the forum.

If I was you, I would uninstall it completely and install a free one like Kerio or use the one that comes with Windows.

Padraic,

Thank you for your reply. I will try to disable it and see how it goes. I don't use Norton on my Lap top however. I believe that one has McAfee, via AOL?

Also I did see the post you made regarding my billing. I don't know my account number or Password...can you e-mail those to me for the World Pay account? I am on my second computer since I started with Forum Co and I'm afraid that information went the way side with the computer. I would prefer to not have a large amount taken out without knowing how much it is to be.

I guess most of this would be best discussed in the fore mentioned e-mail?

I have to say you're a gem and a keeper.

The disabling did work. I haven't had time today to get on my lap top and since I will be working a double shift today too, I doubt I will get to it until Thursday or Friday.

Thank you for the e-mail. I replied and will be looking forward to hearing back from you.

Glad you got it sorted out.

I must compile a list of these problems and make a sticky topic out if it.

It's great to have it working properly again. I really do appreciate your help. I am still trying to find the Windows Internet Security. LOL I have had a day of computer problems at work and here at home now.

I cannot get into my World Pay account. I do not have the e-mail address I signed up for it with and can't retrieve my User Name or Password that way. Do you have any suggestions? I would really like to get caught up on my bill to you.

I am so sorry I didn't notice that I wasn't being billed as usual on my credit card. We simply use it all month long and pay it off at the due date. I rarely look at the charges. We just rack up frequent flying miles by doing it this way.

I think you will have to email WorldPay Shopper Help. If you don't have access to the email address you signed up with they will have to change it.

I'll email you some details which you may need.

Padraic,

I am at work, but managed to get pop in here. I checked and I indeed sent you two e-mails within a short period of time from one another on November 20, 2004. I also checked and the e-mail address was correct. I just sent them to you again in a forward.

Again it's a grueling day here at work, so I will probably have to get back to you tomorrow, but hey one never knows, it could be today.

All my best,
Lady RV
