Do you have any special characters in the forum name?

What was the title and description of the forum?

K Series Turbocharger Tuning Forum

I started with ['K' Series Turbocharger Tuning Forum] but thought the quotes where causing the error so tried it without them. Now I am unable to create any new forum. I was however able to delete one.
