My decision to use a different service is not due to the recent problems.
Granted things can go wrong and certain tasks can take time, but it is common courtesy and just good business to keep your customers informed, especially when there are problems.
Sorry for the delay. I prioritised my time so that most of it would be spent on keeping the forums up and fast. Usually people don't complain when they get a free month's hosting.....
