First let me thank you for your efforts in both restoring our service and in emailing with the details of the back-up server access.
For future reference though, although we could view the forum on the back-up URL, we were not able to log into it or post to it.
Once we put in our username and password, clicking Log In caused the path to revert to the primary URL, and returned an error message. We got several people to try this - and yes, we did clear caches!
Was this a glitch? I'd just like to have everything in place should we suffer extended downtime again.
