I'm hoping there's a simple explanation that I've overlooked.

One of my visitors has an image loaded in the signature field of her profile. It's properly formatted and everyone else viewing the board can see the image.

However, its owner can't see it at all! She is using W98 / IE5 with a dial-up link. She doesn't even get the red X.

Any suggestions?

The user is strungouthungup. I'm fairly convinced now that it's a problem with her PC having insufficient capacity.
