Hi again,

I don't know what exactly is happening but I have received two e-mails this morning that are rather confusing. Below will be a copy and paste of them both. I don't know if this has anything to do with the recent e-mail problems with the forums or what?

Hello Lady RV

You received the following message from : Koons (edited by Lady RV)

At: You must be logged in to see this link.

Good Morning - I hope that you can help. My parents are trying to get set up on the website and it looks as though they have set up their profile and it shows them as a new member on 3-23 "kappie". However, they have not received a password to log on to the site fully. Can you help or direct me to what I might do to help them.

Thank you,
Member's Name - user name "Koons"

The first message listed here I can't even find and I am also confused by the "abuse@forumco.com" What does it mean?

Thank you,
Lady RV

To both of you a thank you. Many of my new members are writing me and saying they haven't gotten their passwords. Is this something with Forum-Co and the recent e-mail problems or their own e-mail servers and spam controls? It seems to be happening particularly with AOL.

Any news on helping us to do Admin only registration?

Again thank you,
Lady RV

Ask them to use the forgot password feature, it should send it to them now.

Not yet. You can prune your membership on the members page and also control them by using an allowed only member list to a private forum.
