I have a member of my forum who is getting a 405 method not allowed error when requesting my page. But he can request other web sites sucessfully and none of my other members get this error. Can you help?

Padraic,

When trying to login with Netscape 4.06 or Netscape 4.72 we get a "http 1.1/ 405 method not allowed" error and the address is displayed twice in the location bar like so:

Also, we are both using Windows 98. What are the minimum browser and OS requirements for logging into the forums?
