Hello,

I have e-mailed you twice in re to deleting my account. I have filled out the requested information at to the username and forun\m name and reasson why, however my forum is still there.

I did also e-mail you that the original e-mail account we signed up with is no longer a valid account, so I included two new ones. Please elt me know what i need to do, I am still be billed for this and I no longer need it.

One of these e-mails went out just over one week ago, and one last week.

I've been sick for the last week and haven't had a chance to do any ForumCo stuff.

I'll be able to cancel it later today or tomorrow. If you have been billed since you requested
the cancel I will refund the extra charges in full.

I've been a bit busy lately, I'll try to get to it later tonight or tomorrow. I'll refund any extra charges.

You can cancel it yourself (if you wish) by logging in to your WorldPay account.

I'm still paying for the forum even though I asked for it to be cancelled!
Just been told by worldpay that I've paid again on 3rd January,
