I'm glade that the forums/servers are still being maintained, haven't been on here for a good wile hope everyone is doing good? I had to completely wipe all the posts and forum members off my forum as the spam was atrocious as I haven't logged in the forum in half a year, I was wounding if you are still wanted us to pay for a subscription? Also is possible to change the sub domain on a forum?

You cannot change a subdomain, sorry. If you have your own domain you could point to it.

Are you still getting spam? I'm not getting any here on this board or the demo forums.

I do have a domain, do I just CNAME the forumco.com domain? I got the spam to stop but I keep getting lots of spam bots making accounts, just been deleting them after turning on the account authenticated setting. I think once I set up the domain name it should stop?

You need to use an IFRAME on one of your html pages. The code is in the Admin Options of your forum.

You must be logged in to see this link." width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0"></iframe><a href="https://www.forumco.com" target="_blank"><img src="https://www.forumco.com/images/1x1.gif" width="0" height="0" border="0"></a>

I figured out the spam issue. It looks like the bots are targeting the first forum, that's why the support forum hasn't been hit by it yet because you have the first forum locked. I tested it out and let a bot account through, and sure enough, the first forum got hit with spam, but after locking it up and letting another bot in, I didn't get any spam. I'm also guessing the demo hasn't get hit to because the first forum is a redirect link. I could be completely wrong too.

So some bots are getting throught the anti-spam both on the topic and the members pages i.e. they can create a new member and post a topic.

Ya, after locking the first forum the spam stopped but not the account making. I get like 3 or 4 of the same Russian Federation IP Address showing up like every day.
