I have sent 2 emails to admin requesting my forum payments be cancelled ASAP. However, have not received a response. Since it appears that admin is posting from time to time - could you PLEASE respond to my unanswered emails?? It would be appreciated and have always had a quick response before....Could it be the content, of the correspondence, that has led to receiving no response??

You have two WorldPay accounts. The one you are logging into has already been cancelled but the new one is still active since you ordered last month or the month before.
I have now cancelled that one also so you should have no more problems.
