I know I can easily delete them from the membership list, but is it possible to ban them, so that they cannot re-register? I have their IP addy.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm new at this. Thanks!

Lock their account rather than delete them. This will force them to sign up using a new email address. After a while they get tired of having to signup for a new email address an then on the forum again.
If they haven't gone in a few days, I can take further action. |

how do i rid of deleted account that keeps returning as N/A during mass email send out? Also, to remove each one of her posts is tedious. (over 100). We have very high post counts for the 2mths we've been open. Her name was SallyFork, she was Admin with me, but quit due to illness. |

If Sally was the original Admin (super admin) you won’t be able to remove her account. If there are post she has made’, even if she was only a sub-admin or member, you would have to delete the post before the “N/A” account disappears.
Deleting a member, does not delete the post made by a member, especially if there were replies made to the post of the deleted member. Deleting the member only deletes their membership, not their post. |
