I'm trying to start up a brand new forum and I cannot get past the sign up page. There is a box with a red x in it for the anti spam code and when when I try to click on the speaker icon, it gives me an internal error code. If it try to submit the forum application without the anti spam code it gives me the internal error code. Can you help me?

I don't know if you are trying to create a new "Free" forum or the paid one? But, if it is the "Free" forum, I'm not aware that ForumCo's admins have started giving out new "Free" forums again.

See the below URL page. It states they are not giving free forums out for now. They haven't since May of 2009.

Cathy,
I have some ideas as to why this is happening, but they would only be a guess on my part. This is something that a ForumCo admin needs to help you with. As a moderator, I couldn't fix any problems if I was able to locate them; sorry.
I'm sure an Admin will see your post soon.

Since I haven't gotten any response to trying to open a new forum, I guess I'll look at using another forum company.
