Hello!

At You must be logged in to see this link. we are experiencing several errors, colours are sometimes different from usual, members that sometimes have access to other members login, missing the login button now and then, and after few minutes everything becomes "normal"...

We have plenty of important information in this forum but our members are once more pressing us to migrate to another platform, i guess that if the problems that we are experiencing are to keep sooner or latter someone will figure out a way to migrate our contents, what i do not wish by now.

The ForUMM users do have screenshots, i`m using theyr`s:

This one was not posted by me, but has my name, signature and avatar on it

This 2 only show different colors from the usual ones.

This ones swow lack of buttons and no login name.

By now someone questioned us if the forumco is Fast flux free and if some kind of worm might be entering the users computers by the forum, it does not seams reasonable to me but i still can`t assure that to our users so i`d like to have something to tell tem as soon as possible

Which of your users posted them?

Which colours are different?

Which version of IE are they using?

Going to ask them, about that, if you ar going to see logs i`ve got info that might be usefull:

#1 - 25 January 2011 08:40 (TMG) an user got logged in whith my log (also using Opera) IP 193.236.122.250 - Benjamim (this one i know usualy uses Opera).

#2 - 25 January 2011 10:34 (TMG) IP 188.80.236.187 Mimoso84 got that colour thing, mainly the problem is the way the header and category Font Color apear.

#3 - 25 January 2011 10:43 (TMG) IP 188.81.129.74 Eduardo Filipe got the same problem as #2

#4 - 22 January 2011 : 02:50:05 (TMG) the user Canhoto (now i can`t tell what IP he was using) posted whith my log ( TOPIC_ID=14372&FORUM_ID=26' ), this one uses IE but has in the same computer Opera installed

I assume that the log in problem is not due to the use of Opera because a IE user also got in on mi log before...

Anything that i can do to help you just ask, i`ll do my best!

Yes! members are logging in as me! They do not enter with my password, that has not been changed... one of them changed it and i`ve returned to the old one. Should i change pass to try solving the problem that way?

Benjamim - Windows 7 Internet Explorer 8... or Opera 11 problems in both Browsers.

Mimoso84 - Browser Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702

Eduardo Filipe - Internet explorer 8

As far as the colours go, you are using named colours even though they are not fully supported by all browsers. IE, for example, does not support darkblue. You should use the colour picker and enter colours in this format instead #009900.

I've made changes to the server, let me know if the problem persists.

Can you find out what ISP's the problem users are using?
