I suspect the answer is no .... but does anyone know if there is any way I can make the county drop down on the registration form a mandatory field for new members joining our forum?

The other thing I am hoping to do which I guess is even less likely to be possible is to include the name of the member who referred them on the registration form. I guess that is asking a lot!
