admins options/ active users configs/

what does that mean?

is this why I keep having to relog every 10 mins while doing admin options stuff??

i do a bunch of changes, only to push submit, and find cant get thru! 'have to relog/re authenticicate AGAINNNNNNNNN.

i cant keep doing this. what is the answer here guys?
