I'll have to do it for you. Do you have a link to their member profile or a link to one of their posts ?

In reply to David's question about how to delete members:

Hello David,
As the “Admin” you can do many things with your forum’s member’s accounts. Including, but not limited to these things, delete, lock, edit.

Simply click on your “Members” list link (Located upper-right, near the “Login” option area.)
Locate the member you want to edit from the list.
To the far right of each member are three icons, Lock, Edit, and Delete. Use these options to do what it is your wanting to do with the member’s account.

Note:
Using the “Edit” icon will allow you to change everything about the member’s account, including giving them a different password, or email address, and/or changing their ranking status on the form; for example making them an “available” moderator for use on your forum(s). You can even make the member an “Admin”, but you will continue to be the “Super Admin”.

If you “Delete” a member they can sign up again.
If you “Lock” a member they cannot “Login”, or do anything except read your forum as a “Guest”.
A “Locked member” cannot register again, as a different username (person), if they are using the same email address as their “Locked” account is connected to. Sometimes, if the member is causing problems within your forum, it is best to “Lock” rather than “Delete” the member.

Hope this helps…
