I have two log ins (user and MOD)on the MONTANA OWNERS CLUB and use two browsers (IE and Foxfire) I noticed this problem yesterday when I tried to print a page. The printer would not work because the forum was still downloading, yet all information was there and it seemed as if it was complete. I noticed it again this morning(the download icon still spinning-long times) because I am looking for it.
This problem is when a Topictext is being down loaded.
I have solved this problem sometimes by doing a back arrow and then a forward arrow. When I do the forward arrow the "download icon" on either browser quits spinning and things seem OK.

The problem does not seem to be posting.
You must be logged in to see this link. kept the "downloading ICON" spinning for over 15 minutes. As soon as I posted to it, the ICON stopped spinning and the text posted.
There seems to be some failure to Acknowledge the final receipt of the "download" for the topic text.

I do not know how else to describe it.

It was just the avatars causing the problem. Its a long story but CommunityServer has changed a lot since I first installed it and its not really suitable for image hosting anymore. There seems to be a problem with it every so often and it just shuts itself off. I'll see if I can upgrade to a newer version (BIG job). I have set it to restart itself every hour so that if it does shut down again it won't be for long.
