I've got a new user is having trouble logging in. He input his information and it says he has logged in successfully, then it loops back to the log in screen. His browser is Firefox. Version 3.0.1. How do we get him past the log in?

Ask him to check the date time & year on his computer. Also ask him to check that he's not blocking ForumCo.com cookies.
