We have several hundred inactive members. We want to clear the decks. I've searched and read everything here but can't find the answers:
1. Admins have an Inactive User area. I can delete one at a time, but it takes forever! It makes me input my password and hit submit each time I hit delete. Can you bulk delete members in any way?
2. There is an option to send a "warning" email to all members. I hit that and it just sent an email without further warning - no idea what the email said! What does it say? Can the email be customized somewhere to say "we miss you come home" or something nice?
I'm an regular Admin. if that matters. We have no Superadmin anymore.
