I don't think you can change it. One of ForumCo's Admin might be able to do it for you?
However, one way you could do a similar type of thing on your forum; is to create an account for "tomorrowlandude"; then make him (actually it would be yourself) as an “Admin” also. You as the original Admin have to do that after he is registered.
I, personally, don’t think that there should be more than one Admin for a forum; but in this case it would be totally controlled by one individual, you.
If the forum won’t allow you to use the same email address (yours) to confirm the new (fake) person’s registering for the forum, then sign up for a Yahoo email account, or such, for that account before you create the “New” member. (If you don't already have a second email that you can use to confirm the account.) Or, you as the Admin could approve the account; by okay-ing it from the Admin options of your forum.
There may be another, or better way, to skin this cat, but this is one that comes to my mind first.
Don’t do away with your original “Admin” control, or that account; just use the other (new one) most of the time. When you sign in to your forum under the other account it should show tomorrowlandude as an “Admin” on any post you make.
By the way, I don't know if you left out the extra "r" in your new name intentionally, or if you just didn't notice the misspelling of "tomorrow". |
