What are RSS Feeds and what does it look like on the forum? Is this where you can have a message scroll across the top of the page?

Its a way of sharing content with other programs or webpages, etc.

This is the content shared on this forum - You must be logged in to see this link.

You can use an RSS reader (for example) which checks that page and lets you know if any new topics are on the forum. You can also use the Syndication mod in your admin area to display the 10 most active topics on your forum.
