Can you kindly delete java3ps.forumco.com?
I would like to start a new forum with the same email address, etc.
I would like to release it this Saturday as part of a site promotion.

All you need to do is delete the forums on the board and start again. When we delete a forum the username (i.e. java3ps) is not available for use again.
