Hi, Some of my members have had some voting problems in my forum, more specifically, they can not vote at times. for instance, i had a poll of the members to rate to forum background, and one member said he couldn't vote. the members could vote a day later. Im just wondering how come this is happening. It's not a big issue, i just want something I can tell my members.

I need to know his member name. Ask him if he viewed the results first. This should prevent him from voting.
