Can Default Category Two and the Testing and Spamming be deleted without causing any problems? The only thing that is in them is an example of a hyperlink, which we don't use and some members were posting pure junk in the Testing and Spamming area. We don't put any spam posts in there, we just delete them if needed.

Sure. You can delete any forum you like. All posts in a deleted forum are gone forever so move any you want to keep before you delete it.
