hi just wondering if it its possible to hide the results of a poll, becasue i have a forum news letter, and i wanted to post the poll results in the newsletter

You cannot I'm afraid. Everytime someone votes they see the results so far. The users voting at the beginning & middle of the poll may not necessarily see the result as it changes as every users votes. Even if everyone knows the result you can still include it in your newsletter.
