By “Disable” I take it you mean, so the guest can’t see your forum? If this is what you want to do, do this:

In the “Admin Options” under the “Main Forum Configuration” place the dot in the “On” position of the “Require Registration” option.
Click the “Submit New Config” tab.

Then only members, who are logged in, will be able to see the forum.

If you have already done the above and you still see ”Guest” on your forum, most likely you are seeing someone looking only at the “Login Page” of your forum. Or it is a “Search Engine” spider working it’s way through your forum.

But no one is viewing the forum as a guest.

Hope this helps.

yeah I had that button on Require Registration set to on, but I was still seeing guests. Didn't know if I needed to do something else or not.. So what you say makes sense. Search Engine spider, eh? interesting... Learn something new everyday.

Thanks.
