Email isn't activating

I recieved the email for the activation but when i click the link i get the following message :

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

There is already an object named 'FC_FEIGNOFKHAOS_CATEGORY' in the database.

/createuser.asp, line 67

love to know where i went wrong. :(

It sounds as if the system is overloaded for some reason. There seems to be a genenral issue with the email system at the moment ... it was in a bit of a quandary last week and then seemed to right itself over Sunday .. but now it is playing up again.
