It's there in the admin options, but I've no idea how to use it. Is there a 'how to' anywhere?

Be nice to some examples of it in operation too.

There's no how-to. Its a way of sharing data from your forum in the forum of xml, rdf or html.

html (javascript) will be the most use to most people. You use it to show the latest posts from your forum on another webpage.
