Hi Guys,
I am Vietnamese, I need help on setting my forum, I really dont know how to setup Encoding "Unicode (UTF-8)" for defaut, because this web automatic select "Westerm European (windows)", I can not read and wriet Vietnamese letter.

Its against the Terms of Service to write in Vietnamese. Forums are supposed to be in English only. There is no setting where you can change the encoding.
