I have posted this 3 times today and it says spam all I am doing is posting my web site or my forum here so you can help me out, and it keeps saying spam, so could you or would you email me ASAP for help on my forum my members are getting really mad at me cant get into it. Iwill not post the name again. here cause it says SPAM

Thats because you're trying to send email, not post a topic.

What exactly are your members saying to you when they cannot get in? You know that you have enabled "Require registration" so that everyone has to register to get into your forum.
