Cant join without being put on pending so i have too manually approve them, how do i turn that off?

Yea i know turn proibit new members off, doesnt help still getting pendings... seriously... its annoying

Didnt help i stil got a pending member... ANNOYING

(turned off Email Confirmation, will that help?)

Yes. Sometimes new users don't get the welcome email (either because they typed their email address incorrectly or because its incorrectly labelled as spam). In this case they should show up as a pending member. If you have email confirmation turned off you shouldn't get any pending registrations.

Email Validation is recommended though.
