Our forum has changed administrators to me and the previous admin was paying with his paypal account, I've sent several support concerns for billing to ForumCo and had no response. I'd like to change the payment method to our IT manager's corporate credit card. Could you please let me know how this can be done. Thank you.

Basically, the original admin needs to cancel billing from their Paypal account. The forum will then become a free forum. I can change the superadmin on the forum only after permission is granted from the original owner.
Once our original admin cancels payment, how will he contact you in regards to changing superadmin? Via this forum? Is there a phone number we can contact your billing department?
