Hi... my forum address is:
You must be logged in to see this link.

I have about 45 members and most of these have not had any problems registering or sccessing the site.

However, I have had a few tell me that they can't even get the site to come up after clicking on the address or typing it in. I have told them to check their pop-up clocker and they IE security settings.

Most of the time they are doing this from there home computer so I do not think it is some corportate server setting.

Is there something else we can try? Thanks for your help!

I will have to check to see if they can get to the base forum address.

I will check to see if they are using XP and the built in firewall. I also assume that they are using hi-speed and most routers have a built in firewall, but I do not think that would cause this.

If they could do a traceroute to rroman.forumco.com it would help.

Goto Start > Run
Type cmd.exe in the "Open:" field and click Ok.

At the prompt type this

tracert rroman.forumco.com > c:\traceroute.txt

and press enter.

After a minute or two open the tracetroute.txt file with any text editor and post the result here.

If thats too hard for them to do they could use this free utility
