I don’t know if these are bugs in my forums, or if it is something I have done wrong in setting up my forum?

Two Problems:

1. I’m the administrator and I have subscribed to all topics (the complete forum), yet I never receive an e-mail that notifies me of new post? I believe other members receive notice (but really don’t know for sure if any of the members have).
2. The flaming icon does not flame-on the topic when the number of replies required to activate it is met?
See the top topic (24 replies on this page), no flame?

1. Incorrect setting: You only had topic subscriptions enabled for each forum. This means that you have to subscribe to each topic to get a notification.

2. Its because its sticky. There are no sticky flaming topic icons.
