Hi, I am the Forum Administrator on my Forum. If I make someone an Administrator what are they able to do? Do they have the same rights that I do being an Forum Admin?

They would have almost exactly the same rights as you. Superadmins have slightly greater powers. You really only need one admin.

Did you receive the reply I sent you from the helpdesk ?

Nevermind. I got asked the exact same question on the helpdesk a few days ago. Obviously it wasn't you.

nope, wasn't me. Well, is there a straight answer to this question? I mean are they able to do everything that I can? Please list what they are able to do as an Admin, and please tell me what an super Admin is. Thank you

If I was to list everything an admin could do I would be here all day.

A superadmin (the first admin account) can email all members and edit other admins. A "normal" admin cannot edit other admins but can create them.

As I said before, you only need one admin.

ok, thank you for the reply.

So let me get this straight, The Admin that I create, he can create other Admins and edit their acounts, but he can't edit my acount, cause I am the superAdmin. He can do all the other stuff that I am able to do except edit my acount.

Correct?

Thank you

Almost correct. Other admins cannot email all members but a superadmin can.
