I'm currently using the Free Board and want to enable the avatars, and change the Logo Pic to our Logo IF I CAN.

Nothing is listed in the avatar area of the profile
I would like to link to small bar gifs with Admin Member, and Moderator on them.

Your avatars will need to be 96x96 pixels at the most.
