When someone registers, retrieves his/her confirmation e-mail and follows the link to the forum, is there a script available that would link him/her to the iframe forum (at my web site) instead of the www.myusername.forumco.com site?

No and I'm afraid its not possible unless you changed the link to the forum. You could set it to a page on your website which would contain the iframe.
It may have undesired effects though.

These are common problems with IFRAMES in general and not really anything to do with the forum itself. I'll keep looking for things which can help though and let you know if I find anything.
