I have this person on my forums that signs up with many multiple accounts, spams the forum endlessly, cusses, posts in the wrong forums, and breaks practically every single rule in my forum. I lock all his accounts, but he keeps coming back with more of them and continues his nonsense. How can I IP ban him so he never comes back?
Here are the currently locked accounts:
garion37 83.100.212.100
garionpk 83.100.212.100
tazzo_mc 83.100.212.100
adam752 83.100.212.100
pinners_1 83.100.212.100

My Forumco-hosted empire is growing. It has more than 90 active users. Though my forums may not see much activity, its presence is spreading throughout the Internet.
