I just started this forum and i like hwo easy it is to you i have a greyish theme going with it when my members join it, its green for them, tried a different shade of grey it turned purple...this is the background color...anyone have this problem

i have had 4 different people saying the colors were different

my theme is grey and blue there getting red and purple and stuff

Its because not every browser supports named colours e.g. royalblue. The only way to ensure complete compatability is to use the hex version e.g. #000000 for black and #FFFFFF for white, etc.

I'm going to try to add a colour picker so that its easier.

Could be.

Its not finished (no support for header background images yet) but you can see a demo below.
Login as admin. Use the icon to the right of the colour textbox. Choose the safety palette not the named colours palette.

awesome i think i changed all the weird colors to the safety colors thanks alot!



is there a way i can keep that palete up or just keep using the link?
