i have sent NUMEROUS emails. PLEASE either put the banners back on and stop charging me, or delete my forum. I am not unhappy with the service, but i am breaking away from the company i designed the website for.

I sent an email to you over a week ago (23rd Oct) to say that it had been done. You will never be billed again by us unless you choose to be.
The banners will return when I next run an update or if you wish I can put them back on straight away.
If you want to delete the forum, you must email the request to
info@forumco.com
with the current admin password.
