Maybe I should have already figured this out,. I want anyone to be able to read all posts, but only able to post if they are members of my organization. What setting do I use for that?

I didn't explain that well. What I'd like is to give out a specific password for the members to use. But I do want anyone to be able to read all posts.

i believe you have to do this:

go to the post you want to edit
go to " Auth Type" and select only members and beneath that the password

I hope this is what you want

Everyone should be able to read posts (as long as they are not in a protected forum).

You must be a member of the forum to post a reply.
