I have tried to register a new member and receive an error. What am I doing wrong??

NOW - I can't even log in as admin!!! Asked for password reminder - although, I did not change it to begin with! And registered with MY name and have yet to receive password.

Forum URL is You must be logged in to see this link.

The error message is "Password or user name is incorrect"

This is a paid for forum!!

What to do???????
