I know you are probably going to delete this...and that's okay, but I wanted to say something. It is obvious that you don't care what a few people on a messageboard think. I just think that you have used poor judgement in your decision to delete an entire forum!! I understand that you were upset with what was going on in Serial Killer Central, but to close down Sideshow?? Why? I know I know...I read what you said blah blah blah...but NO WARNING??? Please! I am really upset about the whole thing. I have been on the forumco boards for about 2 years now. I will miss it. I just can't believe how you choose to do business. Pretty pathetic. There are A LOT of members between SKC and Sideshow. Too bad you left a bad impression...I'm sure there were others that would like to have put up a board on your forum...Whatever. Talking to you is like banging my head on a brick wall. Go ahead and lock/delete my topic now. Thanks. MaiLai

Read the TOS, it clearly says:
"User's forums containing content that ForumCo or its employees deems to be unsuitable will be deleted without warning or prior notice. In the case of paid banner free forum hosting, no refund will be issued to the registered forum owner."
No warning is needed.
Y'all think that y'all have some right to have a forum here. You are totally wrong. ForumCo is providing a service. A service that may be revoked at anytime. The forums in question failed to follow the TOS and were dealt with. How hard is that to understand?
If you weren't the Admin of either of these forums then you have no business complaining here anyway. You should be complaining to the Admin that allowed the content that got the forum removed.

Well Richard, may I call you DICK? OBVIOUSLY you have MANY people that think you used poor judgement. MAYBE you should listen to what THEY have to say! MAYBE you should have given the admin of Sideshow fair warning before yanking down a forum that she has worked so hard on. I just think it's unfair. Period.

The Admin agreed to the TOS, it's the Admin's responsibility to keep their forum in compliance with the TOS. The Admin failed to do so, so the forum was removed. Name calling will get your account locked.

Richard and Padric,
You may think this is childish behaviour but what you have to realise is that we feel there has been a great injustice here. Film would never do anything to anyone and she has been caught in the cross fire.
She legitimately means it when she says she didn't know about the horror pictures. Not even given a chance to use her own judgment, you just delete the place.
Padric says all forums are treated the same, but it is obviously not true.
Yeah, We'll get over it, but hiding behind the TOS and not exactly being too nice about it, what do you expect?

As Lux said hiding behind your TOS bull**** is a bunch of crap. You gave skc a warning why didnt you give film one???
So dont try and say all boards are treated the same because its obviously bull****-they are not.No warning on one board and then you give warning on another.Geez if you c ant be honest cant you atleast be consistent???

Don't mess with Padriac and Richard!!! I don't know what really has happened though, but the admins and moderaters of your board has to know swearing and stuff, everything what is against the TOS is not tolerated. They have to confirm the members and read the TOS carefully before your doing something wrong. Ok if I was in your shoes i think it would be a little bit unfair, but rules are rules, you all have your dutiess and you all have to know what the penality is of your bad behaviour. Just blame the Administrators of your board, i rest my case

What business is it of yours then, if you dont know what happened? The admin has explained that to me and let me know what the violations were..I DONT need your input, and I cant believe the Admins are letting you speak for them.  They have a real problem if they are letting members "bait" other posters into a slag match.

I make no apologies for deleting your board without notice. I will not tolerate
such material on our servers. I would be negligent if I ignored because it puts all of our customers
at risk.
ForumCo have to abide by a few Terms and Conditions also. Your forum violated
our Terms and Conditions and our providers.
