Hope you have had time to catch up from your time in the States?
I was hoping that you could respond to my old question about URL address. We are in the process of creating and manufacturing literature, stickers and plaques for the club. We would very much like to publish an web address on these and I created a poor original user name, not realizing it would be our URL.
If you could e-mail me at my new e-mail address I would greatly appreciate it. Montana Owner's Club E-mail I also had to change the original E-mail address for the account with ForumCo. It is no longer in existence. Had a minor disagreement with AOL.
I know you're swamped and I wouldn't bother you again but the window of time is closing on these projects.
In advance thank you and we love the Forum and Forumco.
We have an offer by one of our members to pay for a register a domain in the url we'd like. He says:
quote:I would simply pay the fee for the domain, and have the new domain forwarded to your existing site..... For example, if you decided that w w w . RVing.com was fitting, I would register it, and have it directed to your existing site. Nothing about the way you maintain your existing (very cool) site would change. It would just have "another name", an '"Easier to remember" name that people would type in to get to this site.
Is that possible? Would it mess anything up with the forum?
This offer is not going to last long so if someone could let me know, I'd appreciate it very much.
