What does it mean when you lock an member?? Got a trouble maker on my site and this is a "sick" one! Not real sure what she is capable of....Thanks!

It stops them from posting. Its the best way to deal with troublesome posters.

Thank you....BTW, please, discontinue my forums 2/10/03. I do NOT want to continue paying for forums that a twisted individual has decided to try and destroy. Do I need to do anything else to ensure my monthly payment is NOT deducted from my account???

You can cancel it by logging into your WorldPay account, alternatively send one of the WorldPay receipts to info@forumco.com and request that it be cancelled.

Its better if you wait until a day or two before you are due to be charged. If you forget, I can always refund any extra charges.

Email me a link to one of the offending posts and I'll see what I can do about the poster in the meantime.
