Sorry guys - just wanting to check on something. I got an email just now that stated it was a Message Undeliverable from mail.forumco.com. This included a msg sent to her with her password in it. Unsure if it's come to me because of an error with the members email (they're on AOL) or for some other reason. So I checked the forum email settings and got a bit unsure about whether or not I should change one setting.

It's the one in relation to the email server. Your help notes state that if you're using CDONTs (the default) you don't need to change this from the mail.forumco.com - so I just wanted to doublecheck that I'm right in thus not doing so or should I be changing that to my own email server or something?

Don't change anything on that page. It should be mail.forumco.com.

The reason you got a bounced email is because the user is using an invalid email address. As the owner of the forum you get the bounced email. You can edit their profile and enter the correct email address (if you know it).
