notify all our members?? Or, maybe, wait a few morw hours?? I really do not want to notify them - again - to have the light go out on them.

You could tell them that the forums are back but if the problem arises again there may be some downtime.
I do think we're over the worst of it.

Padraic, you should harvest all Admin email addresses if they're now available and store them online or someplace safe in case of another mickey fit on the part of the server. I'm sure everyone would be agreeable to email notification of problems and necessary downtime for maintenance in future.

During the "crisis" I ordered two more servers, one of which I'm going to keep for emergencies and maybe some
other things. I can use it to keep a mailing list of anyone that wants to be notified of ForumCo stuff.
