The downtime we've been experiencing has improved with virtually none in the last 24 hours. The problem hasn't been fixed yet, merely contained. Over the weekend it is expected that there will be downtime in order to fix the problem.
Exact times are not known as yet but it will be off peak (EST) and should be for periods of not more than an hour.
The support forums should remain active during the downtime.
